Terms & Conditions – Be Their Hero Parenting Course

Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“Participant”, “you”) and Claire of Clarity Wellness Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the purchase and participation in the Be Their Hero Parenting Course (“the Course”) delivered via our Systeme.io platform.

1. About the Course

The Course is a live online program led by an experienced occupational therapist. Materials may include live teaching sessions, recordings (replays), worksheets, reflection activities, and other digital resources.

You will receive:

• Pre-course materials, delivered by email at least two weeks before the course begins.

• Course platform login details and access provided at least two weeks before the course begins, or earlier if available.

• Replays and downloadable materials available for one month after the final live session in Week 4.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering a binding contract in your country of residence.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated on the order form. Payments are processed securely via Stripe through the Systeme.io platform.

4. Access & Delivery of Course Materials

4.1 Immediate Access to Module 0
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to Module 0 (Welcome & Orientation), which includes introductory digital content, reflection prompts, and course guidance. Additional pre-course materials may be added to Module 0 as they become available and you will be notified by email.

4.2 Full Course Access Timeline
Access to the main course modules (Weeks 1–4) will be released according to the weekly schedule beginning January 2026. You will receive login details and course platform access immediately after purchase. Please log in as soon as possible to ensure everything is working correctly.

4.3 Email Delivery
Course communication and materials will be delivered digitally via email and through the Systeme.io platform.

5. Cancellation Rights (UK & EU Customers)

5.1 Digital Content & Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
Under UK/EU consumer law, digital content normally includes a 14-day cooling-off cancellation right unless you request immediate access to the content.

Because this course includes instant access to Module 0, by enrolling you explicitly request immediate access to digital content and agree that:

• your 14-day cancellation right ends once Module 0 becomes accessible, and

• you waive your statutory right to cancel under the digital content rules.

This waiver is necessary for us to provide access to Module 0 immediately upon purchase.

5.2 No Refunds After Access Is Granted
Because the course includes immediate access to digital educational materials and live session capacity is limited, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once Module 0 access has been granted.

5.3 Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund. These are handled compassionately and on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Course in the unlikely case the minimum number of participants (normally three) is not reached or for reasons beyond our control (e.g., illness, force majeure).

In such cases:

• You will receive a full refund of your course fee, processed within 10 business days.

• Any pre-course materials already provided are yours to keep free of charge as a thank-you for your interest.

• This is a unique opportunity to work live with an experienced occupational therapist, so if you’d love the January 2026 cohort to run, feel free to invite a couple of friends!

7. Refund Policy (Non-statutory)

Outside the statutory cooling-off period, course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. However, goodwill refunds or transfers may be offered at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials are owned by Claire of Clarity Wellness Coaching. This includes, but is not limited to, videos, audios, worksheets, written content, downloads, slide decks, exercises, templates, reflection tools, and any other materials provided as part of the Course.

These materials are provided to you for your personal educational use only and may not be shared, copied, reproduced, distributed, posted online, or resold in any form without prior written permission.

This also includes all proprietary concepts, signature frameworks, unique therapeutic or coaching techniques, models, processes, and methodologies we develop or present within the Course.

These are protected under copyright and may not be:

• taught or presented as your own

• shared publicly

• adapted or incorporated into your own programs, products, or services

• used for commercial purposes

• used to train others

• used in any paid or unpaid group setting

without explicit written permission from us.

You are granted a personal-use licence. Course materials are intended for private use by the purchaser and their immediate household (e.g., a partner or spouse), but may not be shared publicly, resold, taught, or used for commercial purposes. Course materials may not be used by organisations, schools, clinics, practices, institutions, or groups without a separate licensing arrangement.

Nothing in this Course constitutes professional training, clinical certification, or qualification to deliver therapeutic, clinical, or specialist services. Course materials are not intended for use in clinical practice or as a substitute for professional training.

If others are interested in using or licensing these materials, please encourage them to reach out to explore collaboration or licensing opportunities.

9. Disclaimer

The Course is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute individualized therapy, clinical treatment, medical advice, or professional services. Participation does not create or imply a therapeutic or clinical relationship of any kind.

Your results will depend on your personal circumstances, engagement, and implementation. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

10. "As Is" Basis

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Course and all related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• merchantability,

• fitness for a particular purpose,

• accuracy,

• completeness,

• or expected results from using the materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the Course, use of materials, or inability to access the Course.

• Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country or “England and Wales”]. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
